Padma Balances Food And Fitness

As the host of Bravo's Top Chef, eating with gusto is just another day on the job for FitCeleb Padma Lakshmi.

"I shoot [the show] for six weeks and gain 10 to 15 pounds," she explains. "I spend the next month trying to get my health back."

To help her body bounce back, the former model lifts weights, walks on a steep incline, takes spin classes and boxes three times a week.

It seems to come so easy for her! I can't imagine gaining 10-15 pounds every few months and have to go through that every time, but I guess that's the price you pay to look like that! Kudos to her!
