Allover toner: How to do it Squat with back to wall, feet hip-width apart, thighs almost parallel to floor, a light weight in each hand. Maintain contact with wall on back as you raise arms at sides to shoulder height (as shown). Lower arms; repeat. Do two sets of 15 reps.








you can use can of soup or whatever too...if you don't have dumb bells...some people use water bottles
