Celebrity Holiday Diet Tips

This is the time of year that we try to fight the "seasonal bulge." However it almost seems inevitable not to put on a couple of pounds around this time of year, so quit strategizing and use these celebrity diet tips from Life and Style Magazine for preventing that holiday bulge,

Find a routine that works: "I starve myself up until the holidays, stuff myself for exactly four days and then sweat my butt off doing the Tracy Anderson DVDs." — Molly Sims (left).

Strike a balance: "I just work out that much harder. I move, move, move — because I like to eat." — Lisa Rinna.
