Kevin James: Larger-Than-Life Physique

Comedian and actor Kevin James, well-known as Doug in the hit series King Of Queens, blames his stand-up comedy career for his larger-than-life physique - years of late nights and lie-ins have ruined his metabolism, or so he insists.
James once thin, fit and svelte ended up gaining the weight while pursuing his stage ambition. He tells the New York Post,
"I wasn't always a big guy. Stand-up ruined it for me. I would be sitting at dinner at 2 in the morning after a show, and I wouldn't wake up until 3 o'clock the next afternoon. That set a pattern that wasn't great for my metabolism."
But now that he's stuck with his size, James is determined to model himself on some other funny fat guys. He says,
"I've always liked bigger guys who were able to move, like Jackie Gleason, (John) Belushi and (Kevin) Farley."
You can catch James in the upcoming movie Paul Blart: Mall Cop.
I love him! He may be heavy, but he got the moves, when it comes to dancing size doesn't matter - has anyone seen the King Of Queens episode when he shows Carrie a couple of stripper pole tricks?! Too funny!

Should be "Chris" Farley, not "Kevin".
I adore Kevin! And I love that KOQ episode =D He's awesome at pole dancing.
