Ellen and Heidi Workout With Marco Borges

This week on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, celebrity trainer Marcos Borges, shows Ellen Degeneres and Heidi Klum a few workout moves that you could do at home. Borges trains stars like Beyonce and Gwen Stefani.

Watch the video, I can't believe that Klum is doing jumping lunges in like 5" heels - I would so bust my a$$!
