Soon-to-be bride, Kendra Wilkinson, is already a fit bride. Her toned, petite body didn't need much tuning up, the 23-year-old tells PEOPLE:

"I'm not really doing anything different."

"We love to hike and go on bike rides."

But outdoor activities aren't the only thing keeping her in shape - some credit is due to some indoor activities - in the bedroom:

"A lot of that," fiancé Hank Baskett, 26, adds, smiling.
