Shenae Grimes Insists She Is Perfectly Healthy

The young girls of the new 90210 are stirring up more controversy than the old Brenda and Kelly. Viewers have accused Shenae and costar Jessica Stroup of being way too skinny. Us Weekly estimates that the 5'3" Shenae is only 90 pounds--between 104 and 141 pounds is considered ideal. Still, the petite star insists she's perfectly healthy.

Country star and FitCeleb Jo Dee Messina isn't letting pregnancy slow her down.
"I run 30 minutes a day and train with weights for an hour, five days a week. I'm staying really fit," says the singer.
She's in such good shape that her Thanksgiving plans include running the five-mile Turkey Trot race in Nashville.
"I'll be eight months pregnant and running – it should be interesting!"

Three-way row: How to do it:
Stand with feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent, a dumbbell in each hand. Bend over until back is nearly parallel to floor and extend arms down, palms facing behind you. Do five reps of each of these row variations: First, leading with elbows, bring weights up toward shoulders (as shown); lower weights toward floor. Next, turn palms so they face each other and bring weights to rib cage. Finally, turn palms forward and pull weights toward waist.
