Angelina Jolie is shedding her babyweight by working out using her kids' video game console. The stunning star has been battling to reclaim her former figure after giving birth to twins Knox and Vivienne back in July (08). And her eldest son Maddox, seven, has shown her the way - by teaching her all about virtual Pilates on his Nintendo DS computer. A family insider reveals:

"The kids were convincing her that video games were more than just fun. They explained to her that you can do anything from practice math to learn to read music and exercise." "

She tries to get in an hour of Pilates three times a week. She's picking it up pretty quickly and is already at the hardest setting."

Paris Hilton has hit the Pilates mat in a bid to shape up for her new fragrance ad campaign. The socialite is getting ready to launch her latest scent, Fairy Dust, and she wants to look her best. She says:

"I didn't have to lose weight, but I just wanted to look really good. I started doing Pilates."

And, as for the name of her fifth fragrance, Hilton says"

"I just love Tinkerbell and fairies, so I thought it would be really fun."

Hilton has a pet Chihuahua named Tinkerbell, and in 2004 authorised a book in the dog's honour, dubbed the The Tinkerbell Hilton Diaries: My Life Tailing Paris Hilton.
