Rachael Ray Keeping Fit At 41

Host of her own show, Rachael Ray has a good reason to be smiling ear to ear with a boost of energy every morning - she's following a fitness regimen that's making her look like a hot tamale at 41.

Every morning Rachel starts her day with a half hour run before heading to the gym for a 40-60 minute workout the elliptical, which will then be followed by circuit of machines. Won't that start your day feeling good - and remember she does this all before going to her show the Rachael Ray Show.

"I started running 3½ miles every morning after throat surgery to remove a cyst last year," Ray, sipping on a beer, tells PEOPLE at the Amstel Light Burger Bash she hosted Thursday during the South Beach Wine & Food Festival at the Ritz-Carlton.

"The gym used to be my adversary. But that has all changed. Now, I look forward to it every morning."

At 5:50 am, she is totally addicted to her fitness regimen:

"I look forward to this workout every morning but Sunday," says Ray, who is using the David Barton gym while in South Beach with her lawyer-musician husband John Cusimano.

"I listen to my iPod and discovered I think much clearer now."

All-Access Tour of Madison Square Garden

I am one of those New Yorker's who hardly ever experiences the fascinating things that New York has to offer.  However, as of yesterday I am proud to say I had the opportunity to get an All-Access Tour of Madison Square Garden - a place that I've been too many of times, but never really got to see beyond the ticket holder's seat!

Even though the weather was icy, snowy, cold and slushy - the trip was well worth it, because I learned about a piece of New York history.  Here's what I learned (even if you're a New Yorker, you might be surprised to learn some of these facts!):

Madison Square Garden (MSG) has moved twice in its 130-year history.  Starting its establishment on 26th Street and Madison Avenue on May 31, 1879, the building was named "Madison Square Garden" by William Vanderbilt.  The "Garden" was then reconstructed in June of 1890 and then almost thirty-five years later, the Garden moved again to 49th Street and Eighth Avenue in November 24, 1925.  With only being built in 249 days, the "Old Garden" would be America's premier sports and entertainment showplace for 43 years, until it moved to its new and latest location 33rd Street and 7th Avenue.

The Duffster Hitting The Gym & Eating

Hilary Duff is working her fanny off getting in shape with Piloxing -- maybe it's because she wants to be a buff bride?!

After her butt kicking workout, Hilary heading to Mo's Restaurant for a well deserved lunch with her mom (not in photos) in Los Angeles (2/24).

I absolutely love her style - can those clothes just magically appear in my wardrobe?!

Rachel Weisz Wants Botox Ban

Rachel Weisz is calling on movie bosses to ban Botox for actors, comparing the popular age-defying injections to illegal "steroids for sportsmen".

The Mummy star will turn 40 on Oscar night (3/7) but she still refuses to follow the Hollywood trend. And Weisz is appealing for her fellow stars to stop the cosmetic procedure and start accepting their real age and wrinkles if they want to give award-winning performances. She tells U.S. magazine Life & Style,

"It should be banned for actors as steroids are for sportsmen... Acting is all about expression."

She looks much younger than 40 - wonder what her skin regimen is, or is it just genetic?

Reese Witherspoon Running Errands In Her Workout Clothes

Reese Witherspoon was spotted 'running' errands in her black on black workout clothes and her Ascics sneakers yesterday (2/25).

Doesn't look like she hit the gym yet considering she looks a little to fresh, but maybe she wearing her workout clothes in hopes of making it to the gym - just like Kim Kardashian did to keep her motivated to go.
