Get The Skinny On Skinny Water

I'm not a fan of enhanced waters because it usually leaves a taste in my mouth, or I can taste the artificial sweetners which I hate - but I truly do love Skinny Water.  It's refreshing, and has a slight hint of a flavor - so whether you're a flavored water drinker or not, you must give it a try.

With zero calories, zero sugar there's absolutely no guilt!  The water starts with super-purified water and adds a unique combination of electrolytes (calcium and potassium) to promote hydration and nutrient-absorption along with EGCG, an extract of green tea, for weight-maintenance. It's flavors include:

• Crave Control combines delicious raspberry, pomegranate flavor with SuperCitriMax® and ChromeMate® for jitter-free appetite control.

• Shape, an ideal gym companion, pairs a delicious goji fruit punch with muscle-replenishing doses of D-Ribose, L-Leucine, and L-Valine.

• Wake Up gives you 250% of your daily vitamin C in a blend of orange, cranberry and tangerine for a great way to start the day.

• XXX Detox unites peach, mango and mandarin with Hesperidine, to help counter the effects of a big night out on the town.

• Hi-Energy provides an energy boost whenever you’re lagging with guarana, ginseng, L-Carnitine, B vitamins, acai, grape and blueberry.

• Total-V is a drinkable multivitamin infused with vitamin B, C, E, magnesium, folic acid and the refreshing flavor of lemonade passion fruit.

What You Need To Know About Drinking Water Quality

This report brought to you by Pur Water filtration. Every, day 4,000 children in developing countries die from illnesses related to unsafe drinking water.

Dr. Greg Allgood, Director, Children's Safe Drinking Water Program:

"At PUR, we believe that everyone deserves clean drinking water – which is why PUR and the P&G Children's Safe Drinking Water Program have been working together to provide clean drinking water to people around the globe. This year PUR partnered with SUMMIT ON THE SUMMIT: Kilimanjaro to further this cause. I just got back from climbing to the top of Mt. Kilimanjaro with my friends Jessica Biel, Emile Hirsch and other celebrities to raise awareness and funds for life-saving water programs."

While water in the U.S. is safer than in some developing countries, it may still contain unwanted contaminants. Pur provides clean drinking water at home with Pur Water filtration systems. Every Pur system purchase provides 10 liters of clean water to children in the developing world through the children's safe drinking water program.

February is National Children's Dental Health Month -- 'Remember to Brush and Floss Every Day' Is The Message -- Kids With Braces Need To Be Extra Vigilant

WHAT: Each February, the American Dental Association (ADA) sponsors National Children's Dental Health Month to raise awareness about the importance of oral health. Developing good habits at an early age and scheduling regular dental visits helps children get a good start on a lifetime of healthy teeth and gums.

For kids that wear traditional braces, brushing and flossing can become more difficult, requiring extra time and vigilance to remove food particles that accumulate on and between the teeth and in braces. New options for braces such as Invisalign Teen, which is removable, make it easier for kids to maintain good oral health during orthodontic treatment.

WHY: If the health of the teeth is ignored during treatment with braces, the results can be significantly compromised. Parents that are often investing between $4,500-$7,000

-- depending on the severity of the case, want to protect that investment. (Note: The cost of braces typically is similar for treatment options using traditional wire and brackets and plastic or clear aligners such as Invisalign). Orthodontist Dr. Margo Brilliant is available to explain why effective brushing and flossing is one of the most critical actions needed from patients during braces treatment. Dr. Brilliant has tips to help parents get their kids with braces to regularly brush and floss. She also has visuals that show what can happen when oral health is neglected during braces treatment. Dr. Brilliant will:
