
Blonde bombshell Brooklyn Decker revealed her workout secrets in Shape magazine that keeps her fit and model-ready for her photo shoots like the cover of Sports Illustrated.
Brooklyn admits that she focuses on how strong her body is, not how thin. Smart!
“I’m not a fan of diets, so I encourage people to practice eating habits that can be maintained,” she says. “In an effort to lose weight, one might consider eating vegetarian or a vegan-based diet. Portion control is key. To maintain weight, it’s important to be consistent and don’t overeat.”
For her fitness, Brooklyn does a combination of cardio and strength training.
“Cardio will keep you lean, strength training will keep you strong and toned.”
