And you can definitely expect there to be exercises that help boost your bottom.
“My a** is definitely higher than it was when I was 20,” she told Access Hollywood in May. “This is the thing that people don’t understand — take care of your body [and it wil] get better! It gets better as I get older.”
Cameron’s outlook on getting older is:
“Look, the alternative to getting older is dead, so… I feel very fortunate to have a very full, loving, blessed life, so I’m living it to the fullest,” she said.
The book is slated to hit shelves in the fall of 2013.
