Demi Lovato has battled with her weight, struggling with bulimia and feeling the pressure of Hollywood to be thin.

Now living a healthy lifestyle by no longer focusing on the physical health but the mental health, Demi keeps active pretty daily during the week.  She said:

“I work out five or six days a week for my peace of mind, not to lose weight,” Demi, 19, says in the August 2012 issue of Self. “I switch it up. I’ll run a few miles or bike from Santa Monica to Mariuna del Ray. I also love boxing or, when I’m sore, yoga.”
