Beyonce doesn’t even look like she popped out daughter Blue Ivy. It took the singer nine months to gain 40lbs when pregnant, but only like two months to get rid of it.
But it wasn’t as easy as cake. Beyonce had 5am workout sessions with her personal trainer, Marcos Borges, that consisted of high intensity cardio sessions on the treadmill followed by a total body circuit later in the day.
The Daily Mail gave this tip to get Beyonce’s waist:
TRY THIS: The Corkscrew move targets abdominal muscles — for a trim waistline.
Lie on your back, with your legs raised. Bend your knees slightly. Place your hands at your sides with the palms down.
Then, use your lower abdominal muscles to raise your hips off the floor. While you lift your hips also twist them to the right.
Hold for three seconds, then return to start position.
Repeat, twisting to the left. Repeat ten times each side.
