The DVD, “Rope Jumping for Maximum Fitness,” produced by New York City-based Punk Rope creators, Tim Haft and Shana Brady, is now available. Punk Rope is the most popular rope jumping-based class in the U.S., but it got it’s start right here in the Big Apple in 2004.
The 74-minute DVD includes 56 minutes of expert instruction plus an 18-minute workout featuring six tracks by New York-based bands, Alice Texas, ps xo, The Likely Hoods, and the Shalitas.
