ML: My celebrity clients enjoy hiking as a form of cardio in the summer, because they get to be outside the time flies by! They also love workout routines in the gym with weight interval training and cardio because it’s non-traditional, upbeat, and fun to do.
FC: What types of food do you recommend to keep us full & satisfied on the beach, but not feel bloated?
ML: Eating different sources of protein such as chicken, hard boiled eggs, almonds and string cheese is great. Protein is a hydrophilic and won’t attract water and cause bloating the way carbs do.
