Jessica Biel, recently engaged to Justin Timberlake, spent this week in Puerto Rico visiting her soon-to-be hubby as he filmed his new movie, “Runner, Runner.” While taking her time off in beautiful Puerto Rico, she took advantage of this time to get professionally certified to be a scuba diver.
I know I’ve been MIA (missing in action), but I just completed my advanced diving course with PADI!
We love that Jessica Biel is visiting her yummy Justin Timberlake and that she got professionally certified for scuba diving! A few benefits to scuba diving are: that it works on muscles that seem dormant in everyday life, it is a lighter exercise opposed to swimming, but still works on similar muscles. Scuba diving also giving you buoyancy control, which leads to improved and skillful breathing even if you don’t feel a difference, it is really improving your health in the long run. Scuba diving can also act as a stress reliever. Studies have shown that looking at fish in an aquarium can help relax and decrease stress. Scuba diving is basically that, but participating, which is even better than just watching fish.
If you have the opportunity to get professionally certified in scuba diving, definitely go for it! It can’t hurt, and you have so much to gain from it!
