It was a sunny, sandy holiday for Jillian Michaels, who hit the beach with her 2-year-old daughter Lukensia in Malibu.

The 38-year-old fitness goddess is showing her little one to get out and get active early on. Jillian Michaels is teaching by example, inspiring her daughter to crank up the heat and have some fun in the sun.

Jillian Michaels said in a recent interview:

I want to be really present and enjoy all the nuances of their growth and development. I don’t want to rush any of it.

Not only is beach day a learning experience for little Lukensia, but it is also a special moment for the new mommy.
