Kelly Ripa Is Hooked On Physique 57

FitCeleb Kelly Ripa, 37, (108 lbs., 5’4) is speaking to Us magazine about what it takes to have her body. Here is what she had to say:

“Knowing that every six months you may be photographed in a bikini will motivate you. I rarely take a day off. I believe in moderation.”

Kelly says that she doesn’t count on calories and fills up on fish, fruit, nuts and yogurt, but allows weekly splurges. Kelly also says:

“I’ll have an apple or carrot sticks in my purse so I’m not reaching for potato chips.”

In addition to three-to-five-mile runs five days per week, she’s hooked on Physique 57, a ballet barre class offered at their NYC studio. Kelly says:

“It’s made my body longer, leaner and very muscular.”

Whatever she’s doing, it’s working for her. She always look great!

  1. i dont think running 25 miles a week and doing a ballet class sounds like moderation. she’s too skinny anyway, she could gain 10 pounds and still be perfectly healthy.

  2. Am I the only one who thinks Kelly Ripa is borderline anorexic? I’m 5’4″ and if I weighed 108 lbs, my friends would take me to the hospital! I’m normally 122 lbs, and when I went down to 116 last fall, a number of people told me point-blank to stop losing weight. It just goes to show how screwed up Hollywood is about women’s bodies.
