Reality star Kim Kardashian is sticking to a strict diet and fitness regimen so far during her pregnancy.
Training with Tracy Anderson, Kim is doing cardio, sculpt, and dancing as part of her fitness regimen, while cutting out gluten and sugar from her diet.
According to a source:
“Tracy has Kim doing 20 minutes of cardio, followed by toning, then another 15 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of dancing. Kim’s also cut gluten and sugar from her diet.”
Another friend added to Closer magazine:
“She jokes her sex life is cardio enough some days.”
I like to see Kim cut out sugar when her cravings start to kick in. I get watching what you eat during pregnancy and being conscious of what your putting into your body just as long as your not “dieting” during pregnancy. Eat, and eat healthy, but also indulge.
