Lo Bosworth recently lost 8 pounds! How’d she do it…

It was easy. She just stopped eating pizza and drinking beer all the time.

She’s swapped the junk food for "whole-grain toast and scrambled egg whites, salad with chicken and fish with veggies, and other healthy meals."

The Hills star also does sessions at the gym with a trainer two times a week, plus hiking.
