
It’s been obvious that Miley Cyrus has slimmed down and shaped up with Pilates classes, as she’s been spotted leaving them pretty much daily — six times a week to be exact, according to her instructor.
Her instructor, Mari Winsor, is now sharing the starlet’s workout routine in a video. Mari focuses on the waist, the glutes, the butt, the inner and outer thighs, and of course the abs, which she calls “your powerhouse.”
