Ever wonder how the countries’ most flawless lady gets to be so flawless?

To look that good you have to work at it. Olivia Culpo, aka Miss USA 2012, was not always so perfect. She admits she was “chubby” when she was little but now she works hard to get it right and keep it tight!

Olivia Culpo tells a recent interview:

I work out three times a week doing resistance training and three times a week doing cardio. Resistance is basic lifting weights, and for cardio I’ll do running or Zumba.

Okay so we got the work out down, but what does she eat?

Miss USA 2012 dishes:

I eat small, healthy meals every 2-3 hours, and stay away from liquid calories! Juice is a killer. The sugar will go straight to your butt.

She admits to eating small portions, not large meals. This way she will be satisfied throughout the day.

Olivia Culpo will go on in hopes of earning the title of Miss Universe in the 61st annual Miss Universe pageant in December 2012!
