FitCeleb Matthew McConaughey was spotted going for a run with his trainer over the weekend. I don't know how some of these FitCelebs wear that vest while they run. I would pass out just walking with that thing! He may be trying to get his body "back" into shape after the baby! Although he doesn't look like he needs any tweaking.
