It has only been a few months since pictures surfaced of a frighteningly frail and pale Patrick Swayze but he seems to have gotten some swagger back in his step!

Swayze was spotted walking around sporting a new goatee and a healthier glow to his complexion. Despite tubes, which appeared to be catheters, dangling in front of his shirt, he was reportedly smiling and taking a time out for a cigarette break (SHAME!).

Aside from the cigarette break, it looks like we can give a big thumbs up to Patrick Swayze!
