We're used to seeing celebs like Lisa Rinna dolled up and looking perfect to the "T" with her plump red lips and big, bold eyes - but we all know there are make up artists and hair stylists on hand to make these celebs look good. 

So Lisa decided to take a picture of herself and upload it to her twitter page to "keep it real" and show what she looks like at her most natural before the make up team arrives.

"This is what it looks like before beauty team arrives," she Twittered Monday. "Just keepin it real ppl!"

Usmagazine.com also reports that the actress and TV personality star has admitted to momlogic.com how she really feels about having changed her face with enhancements:

"When you change your face, you don't look like yourself," she said. "Looking fresher is one thing. I look like a freak! I always said I wouldn't change my face, but I did it."
