According to scientists at the Louisville Metabolic and Atherosclerosis Research Center:
Snacking on raisins three times a day could help high blood pressure
They have found that the snack had reduced blood pressure readings by as much as 10mmHg. Normal blood pressure being 120/80mmHg and 140/90mmHg to be concerned about. Why not keep the body happy with naturally and deliciously flavored raisins?
