In her new book, I Can Make You Hot!: The Supermodel Diet, it includes how you can lose weight, feel great, and make yourself feeling more confident.
RadarOnline.com reports the details on the diet: consume three big and nutritious meals a day, consisting of whole grains (i.e. brown rice), lean meats (i.e. chicken and fish), and fresh veggies.
“It’s all about nurturing yourself and not starving yourself,” she explained to Fox News about her diet plan.
So far it’s nothing we probably didn’t already know. But here’s Kelly’s little secret, not only does she suggest small portion sizes, but also chewing mint gum as a diet suppresser.
As for exercise, 20 minutes a day plus 8 hours of sleep, multi-vitamins and drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day.
