
Actor Sebastian Stan, who’s in film “The Apparition”, showed off his super fit physique in Details magazine’s Septemer 2012 issue.
Keeping him in fighting shape is a fitness program called Aeroboxing, “built for people who live in the city, who don’t have the time or the space to exercise outdoors,” created by trainer Michael Olajide Jr. – a former middleweight boxing champion.
Aeroboxing is a mix of boxing moves, jump roping, and strength training — with a combination like that, you are SURE to work up a sweat!
“You end up in a pool of your own sweat,” says Stan. “It’s hard to keep up with the boxing combinations unless you’re really focused, so it’s also a great mental workout.”
He added:
“Working out and working as an actor have gone hand in hand—I always feel more prepared if I know I have done a workout,” he says. “It gives me confidence—and peace of mind.”
