Tim Haft Brings the Butt Kicker to You!

Tim Haft, the founder of Beastanetics Boot Camp, uses a kick ass exercise move called “Butt Kickers,” which works on your hamstring, quads and gluteus maximus (butt!) muscles.This move is very simple and effective. It can be done on hard surfaces, like cement or on soft surfaces, like grass (shown in the video). If you have any knee problems, doing jumping/impact exercises on softer surfaces will help ease the pain. Also, be sure to land softly after jumping because it will help prevent injury. To land softly, land on your toes and roll to your heels instead of landing straight on the ground with your feet flat. Think light; become a feather! Gluck to from me to you!
