The US women’s gymnastics team including Gabby Douglas, Aly Raisman, Jordyn Wieber, Kyla Ross and McKayla Maroney stopped by the adidas lounge yesterday to show off their gold medals, adidas-designed leotards and pick up their own pair of adizero Primeknit, the new one-piece running shoe with seamless technology.

adidas outfitted the US women’s gymnastics team with colorful and inspirational apparel, designed by Lou Lewer, that embody the American flag on lightweight, breathable material. For the first time ever, the leotards feature printed graphics allowing them to be lighter and more flexible. Printing also eliminates seams and cutlines that can cause abrasions and rubbing during competition. The uniforms feature Swarovski crystals and draw inspiration from New York City’s most notable art deco-inspired buildings, the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building.
