They say having sex can burn up to 200 calories!

I guess it also depends on what you’re doing during sex, and how intense it is – but about 30 minutes of sex can burn up to 85 calories.  A bit disappointed if you’re not even having 30 minutes of sex…well hopefully this will cheer you up.  Adding up how many times you have a sex a week, or a day, will add up those calories!  42 half-hour sessions of sex can burn up to 3,570 calories, more than a pound lost!! Yeah, that’s right you better get on it!
