Oh boy, rumor has it that Jennifer Lawrence was too fat to portray Katniss Everdeen in the movie “The Hunger Games”.

Jennifer’s response to critics who think so?  LOL.  The actress believes it’s “hilarious”.

The Chicago Sun Times reports that the actress told a friend:

‘First, people say how so many actresses in Hollywood look anorexic, and now they are criticising me for looking normal.

She also added that super thin body images ’are too often adopted by young girls and women – thanks to what they are constantly being shown as being attractive.’

Critics defend themselves by claiming that Katniss is supposed to be poor and hungry looking, not “well-fed” looking.

One reporter told the Sun Times that Jennifer looked like she had ”lingering baby fat.”

But Jennifer isn’t letting critics get her down, and has no issues with her body.
